Biography

Neil RockDuring his two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, Neil has consistently been recognized as an elite performer in his profession. Working for GlaxoSmithKline- the 18th largest corporation in the world- he has won all of the top sales awards, including the highly competitive Winner's Circle Diamond award four years in a row! However, he considers his greatest professional achievement to be helping those whom he leads to push beyond their boundaries and achieve GSK's elite sales performance awards.

In 2001, Neil led a team of 11 that won an unprecedented eight Winner Circle Awards, a feat which was only to be surpassed by Neil in 2005 as a Regional Sales Director when 9 of his 11 direct reports won Winners Circle Awards and two others won the coveted US Passion Award. That had never before been accomplished.

Neil's history of superior performance began long before he entered the workforce. He won NCAA All-American honors in Track & Field while at Southeast Missouri State University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration. He then went on to earn an MBA at Kent State University. Driven by the art of goal setting that his grandfather taught him at an early age, Neil developed the V.W.V. concept and the original Goals Journal in 2000.

He currently resides in North Carolina with his wife, Robyn, and children Ryan, Reagan and Nolan.
